How do you work?
Where is the office?
We're headquartered in Berlin, next to the TV Tower at Alexanderplatz. Our New York office is in Chelsea, with a rooftop view of the Empire State Building.
Do you offer a relocation bonus?
Yes. We support people who relocate to Berlin or New York to join Peec AI and help make the transition smooth.
What’s your view on equity compensation?
We ask a lot from our team, but we also give back. You can expect a competitive salary and meaningful equity: real participation in the company's success.
How many people are you?
We’re currently around 70+ people and growing fast. You’ll join at a stage where your work truly shapes the product, culture, and company.
What’s the hiring process like?
You start with an intro chat with our Talent team, then meet the hiring manager and work on a challenge specific to the role. Next is a Super Day, where you join us in the office and meet more of the team. Before making an offer, we speak with past colleagues about your previous work.
Do you offer a referral bonus?
Yes. We pay a bonus for any referral that leads to a full-time hire. The amount depends on the role and location. To qualify, submit your referral to careers@peec.ai.
